In short: this website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers and uses no trackers. We only receive data if you write to us.

2. Visiting the website

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) in server logs to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Delivery preferably from the region Frankfurt (fra1). Where data may reach the USA, we rely on: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023) and standard contractual clauses.

3. No cookies, no trackers, no third-party content

We set no cookies. We only access your device to the extent strictly necessary for a function you have chosen (§ 165(3) TKG 2021, § 25(2) TDDDG). Fonts, scripts and graphics are on our own server; no content is loaded from Google, social media platforms or analytics services. Your light/dark choice is stored by your browser only for the current visit (sessionStorage) and is not transmitted to us. The flywheel and the map lab calculate solely in your browser.

4. Intro call requests and e-mail

If you request an intro call or write to us, we process your details (name, organisation, e-mail, type and size of institution, SAP landscape, country, topic, message, the language of the page and – if you came via a link from a letter, card or post – the campaign code from the address bar) to reply and arrange a meeting. The form transmits the request directly to our own customer relationship management system (CRM), which we operate on our own software; there it is assigned to a responsible person. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering requests (lit. f). We store the request until it is dealt with and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply or a contract results. We will not send you a newsletter unless you explicitly order one.

5. Advertising

We send promotional e-mails or make promotional calls only with your prior consent (§ 174 TKG 2021, § 7 UWG). You can object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes at any time with one line to office@clouddna.at.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to office@clouddna.at. You can lodge complaints with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at) or a supervisory authority in your country.
